He got there by hard work, discipline and motivation. All accross the country there are thousands of competitive swimmers, who will be our leaders of tommorrow. All, almost without exception, are good students, self-confident and leaders. Another great athlete is Lance Armstrong, who was a great age group swimmer until he was age 14, and he found out he could make money (the American Way) winning triathlon's against adults. Michael Phelps, by any standard is “outstanding in his field.” He got there by hard work, discipline and motivation. All accross the country there are thousands of competitive swimmers, who will be our leaders of tommorrow.

All, almost without exception, are good students, self-confident and leaders.
